Festival Giveaway (Optional)

To enhance the excitement and engagement at the Arts and Crafts Festival, we encourage each artist to contribute one item as a prize for a free, ticketed drawing. Here's how it works:

1. Select an Item: Choose a unique and captivating item from your collection that represents your artistic style and craftsmanship. It could be a small artwork, a limited-edition piece, a handmade accessory, or any other creative item that showcases your talent.

3. Submit Item: If you wish to contribute an item for the drawing, we will provide a designated table where you can showcase your prize.

4. Distributing Tickets: Each guest attending the festival will receive a complimentary ticket upon entry.

7. Announcing the Winners: Throughout the festival, the facilitators will conduct periodic ticket drawings. Before each drawing, they will announce the item being given away and the talented artist behind it.

By providing a prize for the drawing, you create a sense of excitement and goodwill among festival attendees. This approach not only promotes your artwork but also fosters a positive atmosphere and encourages participation from all guests. It's a wonderful opportunity to engage with a diverse audience, showcase your creativity, and contribute to the overall enjoyment of the Arts and Crafts Festival.
